Your Performance Review Advisory Is Confirmed

Your next step is the Guided Strategic Intake. This occurs prior to your one-on-one session. I will contact you by email to begin that process and will send you a series of five questions which relate to topics relevant to your performance review. The questions will be sent one at a time so that you can give your complete and thoughtful focus to each topic. You should plan to spend at least 30 minutes per question. Your answers will help us build the most effective negotiating strategy prior to your session.

Please watch for that message and respond promptly so that we have sufficient time to develop your strategy before our session.
